This is a form of physiotherapy carried out in water. Exercising in the water provides many benefits:
- The heat of the water (34°) promotes relaxation of the muscles.
- The buoyancy of the water assists with reducing some of the negative effects of gravity.
- Working in the water can give you the confidence to challenge your balance in ways that may not be possible on land.
There is disabled parking right outside the entrance and ramp access in to the building.
Changing facilities are fully accessible (including changing beds).
The pool can be accessed via overhead tracking hoist, seat hoist or wide steps with hand rails.
